Mechanical Engineer Position

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical systems for hydrocarbon storage and distribution.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with a minimum of 2 years' experience. They will also be a member of the National Engineering Register and have Chartered Status (CPEng) preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop mechanical systems for hydrocarbon storage and distribution;
  • Develop and maintain feasibility studies, detailed design, and engineering calculations;
  • Prepare costings and proposals;
  • Attend customer sites to scope works, support installations, oversee commissioning, and provide ongoing technical troubleshooting;
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget while ensuring adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and documentation requirements;
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with a minimum of 2 years' experience;
  • Member of the National Engineering Register;
  • Chartered Status (CPEng) preferred;
  • Experience in mechanical aspects of fuel facilities and fuel management systems highly desirable;
