**Safety Training Coordinator Opportunity**

We are seeking a motivated and experienced administrative professional to provide support of Safety Training functions within our Registered Training Organisation based at the WesTrac Institute in South Guildford on a 12-month fixed term basis.

**About This Role**:

- Previous experience in coordinating schedules and planning work for multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS suite and the ability to use and develop templates
- Exposure working within an RTO/Training environment - highly desirable
- Experience in Student and Learning Management Systems - preferably aXcelerate and SuccessFactors
- Travel booking systems experience and logistics planning

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate scheduling and planning of Safety Training functions
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operation of the team
- Develop and maintain accurate records and reports as required
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication
- Assist in maintaining a safe and efficient training environment
