Senior Retail Manager

As a Senior Retail Manager, you'll play a crucial role in enabling your team to create great experiences for our customers and drive business outcomes for your store. You'll lead and embed a culture that builds a team of engaged product and brand ambassadors within your store.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and empowering your Store Management team who are customer-first, people-focused, and results-driven
  • Couaching your team to deliver multiple brand moments and an elevated experience for our customers to shop seamlessly throughout your store
  • Identifying your team's development needs and motivators to drive wellness, engagement, and performance to build our bench for future succession
  • Working with your Merch partners to provide customer and store insights to drive results and create great experiences for our customers
