Our client, CK Tremlett is a long-standing, family-owned agribusiness based in Shea-Oak Log, South Australia. With over 50 years of success, the company is involved in broadacre farming, grain storage and handling, fertiliser distribution, grain accumulation, and rural merchandise.

CK Tremlett is looking for a hands-on, motivated Grain Storage Site Supervisor. Based 10 minutes from Gawler, this is a chance to join a longstanding businessin an autonomous and varied role.

About the Role
Reporting to the Director, the Grain Storage Site Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the 75,000 tonnes storage site, ensuring all receivals, storage, and out-turn activities are completed safely and efficiently.
You'll be responsible for:

- Leading the site team in daily operations and seasonal preparation
- Carrying out routine maintenance and overseeing repairs
- Monitoring site safety, equipment servicing, and system performance
- Ensuring compliance with quality assurance and storage protocols

About You

- Experience in grain storage, handling, or grain production (preferred)
- An understanding of agricultural operations and seasonal demands
- Practical mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead and support a small site team
