We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the daily operations of our early childhood education centre. As Director, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality educational programs and a positive work environment.
- Lead and manage a team of educators.
- Develop and implement individualised learning plans.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Collaborate with families and staff to build strong relationships.

Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will have:
- A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or higher.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in early childhood education.
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
