As an Early Childhood Teacher in our vibrant 3 year Kindergarten Room, you'll lead a dynamic program that encourages creativity, growth, and discovery.
Responsibilities
Leading our Reggio Emilia-inspired Kinder program, sparking curiosity and fostering a love of learning.
Building deep and meaningful connections with children, families, and the community.
Creating an engaging, nurturing, and safe environment where children thrive.
Mentoring and inspiring Educators to deliver excellence in early learning.
Championing child safety and achieving positive learning outcomes for every child.

Qualifications
A Bachelor's or Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
Full or provisional VIT registration (mandatory).
A genuine love for children, their development, and a commitment to child safety.
Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and the Reggio Emilia approach.
First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training.
Australian working rights (Visa/Passport) and a valid Working with Children Check.
