We are seeking an experienced and skilled Medical Clinic Administrative Assistant to join our medical team. As a key member of the administrative staff, you will be working closely with the practice manager to ensure seamless surgical bookings and account tracking.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting and greeting patients in a professional and courteous manner","
  • Scheduling patient consultations and attending to inquiries","
  • Managing medical records confidentially and efficiently","
  • Invoicing and receipting of patient consultations","
  • Attending to doctors' requests","
  • Identifying equipment faults and coordinating repairs","
  • Working closely with the practice manager in relation to surgical and theatre bookings","
  • FOLLOWING STRICT PROTOCOL FOR WORKERS' COMPENSATION CASES REGARDING QUOTES APPROVAL AND TIMELY COLLECTION OF PAYMENTS","
