**Executive Chef and Kitchen Operations Leader**

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-volume kitchens, leading teams to achieve goals, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing all facets of daily kitchen operations, including menu development, inventory management, and staff scheduling.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and direct the culinary team to ensure seamless execution of kitchen operations.
  • Mentor and develop new staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Coach existing staff to maintain a positive work environment and achieve whole-team success.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in managing high-volume kitchens.
  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills to inspire cooperation and teamwork.
  • Extensive knowledge of culinary leadership, kitchen operations, and meticulous culinary skills.
  • Ability to manage inventory, allocate responsibilities, and prioritize efficiently.
  • Compliant with all necessary certifications.
