About the Role

We are seeking a part-time Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for serving customers on the counter, answering phone and email enquiries, and preparing timely quotes. You will also develop relationships with customers and suppliers, and work collaboratively with the team to ensure our branch is presented in the best way.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve customers on the counter and provide excellent customer service
  • Answer phone and email enquiries and respond to customer queries
  • Prepare timely quotes for customers and develop relationships with suppliers
  • Be a product knowledge expert and help customers find the products they need
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure our branch is presented in the best way
Requirements
  • Customer and sales focused with experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to support customers
  • Proficient with computer technology and systems, including the Microsoft Suite
  • A positive and optimistic attitude, with a strong sense of urgency
  • A high level of initiative and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
