Job Overview

The Technical Airworthiness Compliance Manager oversees a small team responsible for direct Quality System auditing and assurance activities on behalf of the Maintenance Organisation Quality Manager. This role supports the ongoing certification of the MO under Defence Aviation Safety Regulations Part 145 requirements, ensuring compliance with Continuing Airworthiness procedures and processes.

  • Coordinates scheduled and random audits to assure conformance.
  • Military Aviation Maintenance Licence administration and authorisation of certifying staff on behalf of the QM.

This position requires in-depth knowledge of:

  • Quality System principles as related to aviation maintenance regulation.
  • DASR 145, M and 66 compliance requirements.
  • Understanding of Maintenance Organisation Exposition and associated instructions.

  • Prior experience in aviation trade qualifications and technical experience in the aviation maintenance environment or similar discipline.
