Lead the Future of Snacking
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring your team performs at a level that sustains and improves business results.
You will model priority setting, manage the plan-do-check-adjust cycle, and provide coaching and training for your team.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain equipment to build technical mastery and deliver on safety, quality, cost, delivery, and morale targets.
- Ensure safety processes are observed, quality assurance activities are performed, and resources are properly allocated during shifts.
- Lead shutdown maintenance, root-cause analysis, stops reductions loss analysis, and breakdown elimination.
What You Will Bring:
- A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career.
- Experience and knowledge in leading teams, developing capability within teams, autonomous maintenance, and progressive maintenance.
- Ability to maintain equipment at basic conditions independently, handle challenging interpersonal situations tactfully, and communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
This is a permanent full-time position based in our manufacturing department. You must be prepared to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating roster subject to change, with varying day and night shifts to support operational requirements.
