We're seeking a Store Manager to lead our team at our Rosny Park store.

This role involves inspiring and coaching a passionate team of casuals, driving sales and KPIs, customer engagement, and team member development. You'll work closely with your Area Manager to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize store operations to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPIs, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage.
  • Motivate your team to excel in KPIs and added value targets.
  • Closely monitor store sales to hit daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets, recognizing outstanding performance and areas for improvement.
  • Efficiently manage wage costs, adhering to weekly targets and company rostering standards.
  • Coach and mentor your team to maintain high morale, develop individual skills, and implement training and succession plans.
  • Ensure efficient OH&S management and adherence to state and national legislation.

  • 1+ years of experience as a Retail Store Manager in a fast-paced environment.

  • Operational excellence, with experience in stock control and visual merchandising.
