Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver Hill Street's renowned customer experience through friendly attitude, effective communication, and attentive service.
  • Lead and Develop Your Team: Foster a positive work environment by nurturing and driving team performance, engagement, and growth.
  • Follow Company Procedures: Ensure compliance with company regulations, particularly food handling and workplace health and safety guidelines.
  • Be Available and Flexible: Commit to ongoing daytime availability on at least 3-4 days per week and every second weekend, with a flexible roster tailored to your needs.
  • Maintain Physical Fitness: Meet the physical demands of lifting and standing throughout your shift.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Pay Rates: Hourly rates for level 4 team leaders under the General Retail Industry Award: weekdays ($27.17), Saturday ($33.96), Sunday ($40.76), and Public Holidays ($61.13).
  • Annual Salary Range: $58,000 - $65,000 (exclusive of superannuation) based on a standard full-time roster.
  • Team Member Benefits: Staff points, cashbacks from major retailers, and flexible options to access earned wages in advance of payday.
