Bid Coordinator Opportunity


Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Bid Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with end-to-end coordination of bid and proposal activities within the Sales Operations Team. This is a new role opportunity to step into a Bid Coordinator position, working closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient proposal process.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Create bid response schedules and coordinate bid meetings to establish clear timelines and milestones.
  • Ensure proposals meet all customer compliance requirements and go through the correct internal approvals.
  • Track and follow up on inputs from writers, subject matter experts, sales leads, and reviewers to keep the process on schedule.
  • Format, package, and submit completed proposals in the required format.
  • Manage post-submission tasks, including coordinating debriefs and lessons-learned sessions, while maintaining detailed records of bids, deadlines, and metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have experience in proposal, tender, bid writing or technical writing in a B2B or government contracting environment. They should be familiar with government RFT/RFP requirements and ICT solutioning frameworks. Proven ability to manage complex, multi-input workflows against fixed deadlines is essential.
