Housing Crisis Manager

Key Role:

As a vital member of our team, you will play a critical part in providing immediate assistance to individuals and families experiencing homelessness.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct services to homeless customers face-to-face, by phone, written correspondence, in the field, and through outreach programs.
  • Oversee complex social housing and housing assistance services, including approving applications for high and very high need cases.
  • Develop effective relationships with stakeholders to enhance customer outcomes and processes.
  • Supervise team activities, exercising delegation as required, and manage risk and safety during fieldwork.

We seek an individual with excellent communication skills, who can set a positive example and model professional behavior. The successful candidate will have experience in service delivery and be able to demonstrate strong leadership abilities.

This role involves travel, including overnight stays, and requires the ability to work in dynamic and potentially challenging conditions. A Class C driver's license is mandatory.
