Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead the design, development and delivery of Microsoft 365 solutions across SharePoint, Power Platform and compliance workloads.

This is a client-facing role that blends technical depth with consultative precision offering autonomy variety and the chance to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical delivery across Microsoft 365 Purview SharePoint and Power Platform
  • Architect scalable defensible solutions with clear documentation and governance
  • Support presales activities including solution input BOMs and validation
  • Deliver workshops training and enablement sessions for clients and internal teams
  • Maintain operational governance and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Create Statements of Work SOWs Service Briefs and As-Built documentation
  • Configure Microsoft Purview for DLP sensitivity labels archiving and records management
  • Manage SharePoint and Teams archival settings retention policies and lifecycle automation
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery with scope alignment and milestone tracking
  • Conduct technical assessments solution demonstrations and Proof of Concept sessions
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience specialising in Microsoft solutions
  • 5+ years of experience in a consulting or managed services roles
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 SharePoint Power Platform and Purview
  • Strong understanding of CSP licensing models and tenant-level governance
  • Proven ability to lead client workshops and technical assessments
  • Hands-on experience with AvePoint for migration and policy enforcement
  • Exceptional documentation skills HLDs detailed designs SOWs etc.
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements with autonomy and precision
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in Information Technology
  • Microsoft and industry-recognised certifications preferably across PowerPlatform highly desirable.
