Job Overview

A key leadership role in our technology team involves overseeing the design, configuration, integration and continuous improvement of internal applications.

Your team will comprise systems engineers and solutions engineers who manage day-to-day operations of our SaaS application stack and collaborate with business stakeholders to design and implement modern, scalable and effective solutions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure seamless and integrated application experiences that support staff productivity.
  • Anticipate industry trends and work with the business to deliver SaaS solutions empowering future workforce.
  • Maintain reliability, scalability and security of business-critical SaaS platforms.
  • Develop and implement AI and automation strategies across our internal application environment.
  • Promote high adoption and satisfaction levels across the internal toolset.
  • Lead implementation of knowledge management strategy and rollout of new knowledge platforms.
  • Evaluate data retention and governance practices within platform and process design.
  • Support and grow a high-performing team of systems and solutions engineers.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven technical leadership experience in managing cloud-based business applications and evolving teams to meet changing business needs.
  • Deep understanding of building great user experiences from inside out – connecting people, data and systems to create seamless workflows.
  • Strong relationships with stakeholders and ability to lead teams in co-designing and implementing scalable solutions.
  • Product mindset for internal tooling, balancing business impact with reliability and governance.
  • Curiosity and creativity in integrating and evolving systems, particularly AI and automation.
  • Leadership focused on people, performance and progress, driven by integrity, empathy and passion for supporting employees.
