Our company is a 100% Australian owned freight forwarder with offices nationally as well as in S.E Asia and New Zealand.

About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced Import Operations Coordinator to join our team at our Head Office in Eagle Farm. This role will involve operating under a paperless system and working closely with other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track all FCL and LCL arrivals
  • Monitor all import shipments
  • Manage all sea cargo movements
  • Maintain quality standards by adhering to internal SOPs
  • Support other departments as required
  • Register and lodge all sea cargo freight

Requirements:

  • Experience working with EDI Cargowise is highly advantageous
