Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments (physical and virtual).
  • Monitor server performance, availability, and capacity, ensuring high uptime and reliability.
  • Perform routine system patching, updates, and configuration changes.
  • Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy configurations.
  • Respond to incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.
  • Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Document processes, procedures, and system configurations.
  • Ensure security standards and compliance requirements are met across all systems.
  • Liaise with vendors and third parties as necessary for hardware or software support.

Requirements

  • Proven experience supporting and maintaining Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).
  • Strong knowledge of virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar).
  • Experience with monitoring tools and remote management utilities.
  • Familiarity with backup, recovery, and patch management tools.
  • Solid understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and file/print services.
  • PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle (travel to the Data Centre is required).
