Project Manager: Maritime and Nuclear Infrastructure

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, multidisciplinary projects in Maritime and Nuclear infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and drive project excellence.

This role will involve managing major infrastructure programmes throughout their entire lifecycle, from Master planning through design and construction to handover. You will be responsible for delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards in a heavily regulated Defence / Nuclear environment.

You will work closely with internal project teams, delivery partners, and clients to foster collaboration and ensure successful project outcomes. Your expertise in project management, risk evaluation, and mitigation will be invaluable in driving decision making and resolution pathways.

About You:

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience leading Defence and Nuclear project delivery in fields such as building services, civil or maritime.
  • Tertiary qualifications relevant to project management or engineering disciplines.
  • Experience in civil or naval nuclear programs, radiopharmaceuticals, oil and gas, or Rail (applicants from other high-hazard industries will be considered).
  • Chartered Engineer or Project Manager (preferred but not essential).
  • Ability to demonstrate successful delivery of major infrastructure programmes throughout the whole project lifecycle.
