We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead our major multidisciplinary design projects in Adelaide.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in managing complex projects in heavily regulated Defence / Nuclear environments.

">

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with at least 15 years of experience leading Defence and Nuclear project delivery in the fields of building services, civil or maritime.

Key responsibilities will include:

">
  • ">
  • Delivering complex project scopes on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards;">
  • Leading client engagement and stakeholder communication at senior levels;">
  • Fostering collaboration across internal project teams and delivery partners;">
  • Proactively managing issues, driving decision making, and leading resolution pathways;">
  • Evaluating and mitigating risks for our Defence clients;">
  • Leading and supporting technical and quality assurance activities relating to the design and safety analysis of nuclear infrastructure;">
  • Playing a leading role in developing the growth of nuclear sovereign skills in Australia, working closely with other members of our Global nuclear practice;">
  • Providing mentorship to staff seeking to develop their knowledge and experience in delivery of major infrastructure projects;">

The successful candidate will possess:

  • ">
  • A tertiary qualification relevant to project management or engineering disciplines;">
  • Experience in civil or naval nuclear programs, radiopharmaceuticals, oil and gas or Rail;">
  • A Chartered Engineer or Project Manager qualification (preferred but not essential);">
  • An ability to demonstrate successful delivery of major infrastructure programmes throughout the whole project lifecycle;">
  • A current AU security clearance (or eligibility to obtain);">
  • An understanding of nuclear safety cases and/or a heavily regulated industry;">
