We are seeking a seasoned General Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary allied health team. This individual will provide psychological assessment and therapeutic intervention to clients across a broad age range, including those funded through NDIS and WorkCover.

The successful candidate will be fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, with strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills. They will work autonomously while engaging with a broader clinical team, contributing to the development of treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

This role offers flexibility, allowing the General Psychologist to work remotely from any location within Australia or on-site at one of our Sydney clinics. The ideal candidate will have full AHPRA registration as a Psychologist, experience working with NDIS and/or WorkCover clients, and a commitment to delivering patient-centred care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive psychological assessments and interventions for children and adults.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure best outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and clear documentation, adhering to professional standards.
  • Contribute to team culture and participate in regular case discussions and meetings.
Requirements
  • Full AHPRA registration as a Psychologist.
  • Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin (essential).
  • Experience working with NDIS and/or WorkCover clients is highly regarded.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously while engaging with a broader clinical team.
