As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to creating a respectful and culturally responsive healthcare environment. To achieve this, you'll need:
- A current Australian Registered Nurse practising certificate (AHPRA)
- At least two years of clinical experience, preferably in mental health, primary care, or acute/emergency settings
- Strong assessment and case management skills, with experience supporting individuals with complex mental health needs
- The ability to work effectively in a highly secure environment, demonstrating resilience, empathy, and professionalism
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills within a multidisciplinary team
