We are seeking a seasoned D365 F&O Functional Consultant to spearhead our large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations implementation. Key Responsibilities- Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert and lead the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics solutions, focusing on supply chain management and warehousing modules.
- Business Analysis: Analyze business requirements, identify opportunities for system enhancements, and make recommendations for best practices within the realm of supply chain and warehousing operations.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and external partners, to map business processes and define system requirements.
- Training and Support: Lead workshops and training sessions to educate end users on the functionalities and capabilities of MS Dynamics, ensuring smooth adoption and usage.
- System Configuration: Configure and customize MS Dynamics to meet specific business needs, including but not limited to inventory management, order fulfillment, demand planning, and logistics.
- Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues, ensuring the integrity of supply chain and warehousing operations within the MS Dynamics environment.
- System Testing: Spearhead system testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to validate that the solution aligns with business goals and delivers the expected outcomes.
- Ongoing Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to end users, addressing inquiries and concerns related to MS Dynamics functionalities within the supply chain and warehousing scope.
- Industry Knowledge: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and updates within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem to provide informed recommendations for system improvements.
We are looking for a seasoned professional with:
- Proven Experience: 6-10 years of experience in implementing and supporting MS Dynamics solutions, specifically in the area of supply chain management and warehousing, within the retail industry.
- Supply Chain Expertise: In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, order management, and distribution, as well as warehouse operations and best practices.
- Technical Skills: Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics modules such as Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, and related third-party integrations.
- Business Acumen: Solid understanding of business processes and workflows, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and system configurations.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage stakeholders, and drive deliverables within established timelines.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
