Senior Functional Consultant

Brennan IT is a leading Australian-owned systems integrator, and we're looking for a talented Senior Functional Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our consulting team, you'll work closely with clients to deliver project requirements, provide expertise on our technology offerings, and guide customers through their delivery journey.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Project Managers to define and plan project delivery, schedules, and resource requirements.
- Lead client discovery sessions to develop a deep understanding of their needs and identify the right solution fit.
- Ensure projects are delivered according to our implementation methodology, with a focus on high technical and quality standards.
- Participate in the presales process to assess clients' needs and provide quality control and management oversight for all consulting engagements.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to the consulting team to uplift the quality of deliverables and provide proactive, constructive feedback on areas of development.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in delivering software solutions, specifically functional configuration experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform, and/or business analysis experience.
- Strong experience in successfully leading consulting engagements that produce positive and tangible business outcomes.
- Ability to develop, lead, and facilitate stakeholder workshops to identify problems and develop solutions using contemporary approaches.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate and build confidence at every level of an organization.
- A strong client focus and a strength in taking ownership to proactively monitor customer satisfaction while negotiating mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Demonstrated knowledge of governance frameworks, risk management, project management, pre-sales, and account management, strategic analysis tools, policy, standards, business process analysis, and strategic planning.
