About the Role

As a Senior Functional Consultant, you'll be responsible for capturing, managing, and delivering project requirements, providing expertise and guidance on Brennan's technology offerings, and guiding customers through their delivery journey. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working with the Project Manager to define and plan project delivery, schedules, and resource requirements
  • Leading client discovery sessions to develop an understanding of the right solution fit for their needs
  • Ensuring that projects are delivered as per the implementation methodology
  • Ensuring all work performed is of a high technical and quality standard
  • Participating in the presales process to access clients' needs
  • Providing quality control and management oversight for all Consulting engagements
  • Providing guidance and mentoring to the consulting team to uplift the quality of deliverables and provide proactive, constructive feedback on areas of development
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering software solutions, specifically functional configuration experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform and/or business analysis experience. You'll need to have strong experience in successfully leading consulting engagements that have produced positive and tangible business outcomes. Additionally, you'll require excellent interpersonal skills, a strong client focus, and the ability to communicate and build confidence at every level of an organisation.
