Job Role Overview

This role is centered around delivering expert-level support and consultancy services for ServiceNow. As a Senior Technical Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing reactive and proactive support to clients to ensure smooth operation and optimal performance of their systems.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow and possess strong scripting skills in Javascript, Angular JS, and other ServiceNow scripting languages. They will also be proficient in writing server-side scripting such as Business Rules and Script Includes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Incident Resolution: Provide expert-level technical support to resolve issues related to business systems.
  • Proactive Improvements: Collaborate with clients to identify areas for improvement and implement proactive measures to enhance system performance and efficiency.
  • Strategic Partnership: Work closely with customers to understand their long-term goals and assist them in developing and executing strategies that leverage their applications capabilities.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow and delivering robust, best-practice based ServiceNow implementations.
  • High level of proficiency in Javascript, Angular JS, and other ServiceNow scripting.
  • Experienced writer of ServiceNow server-side scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes etc).
