Client Service Manager Opportunity

A seasoned customer experience leader is required to spearhead our client's customer service operations, driving excellence and expertise in every interaction.

About the Role:
  • Oversee the entire customer journey, from initial inquiry to post-sales support, ensuring seamless transitions and exceptional outcomes.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of customer service specialists, empowering them to deliver expert advice and accurate solutions.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
  1. Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance reviews, and professional development plans, fostering growth and retention.
  2. Develop, implement, and regularly review customer service policies, programs, and procedures to enhance the customer experience and drive operational efficiency.
  3. Provide daily direction, constructive feedback, and coaching to ensure the team is equipped to handle complex technical inquiries and provide expert advice.
  4. Liaise closely with internal teams to streamline workflows, resolve escalated issues, and ensure a unified response to customer expectations.
  5. Plan and implement robust after-sales service initiatives to proactively follow up on customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in a customer service management or team leadership role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proven Bachelor Degree or Equivalent, demonstrating a solid foundation in business principles and practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment, with solid administrative skills and proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software.
