Senior Product Design Lead

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end design workflows across brand, product environments, and client-facing proposals to ensure cohesive brand presence.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, research, and engineering teams to maintain consistent narrative and holistic user experience.
  • Translate complex ideas into engaging visuals and stories that reflect and amplify our evolving brand identity.
  • Establish design frameworks, streamline workflows, and manage vendor or partner relationships where needed.
  • Mentor and guide the design team, championing operational excellence, user-centricity, and strategic use of LLMs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven 6+ years in product design, UI/UX, or related field, with experience in brand strategy and cross-functional design leadership.
  • Adaptable and curious, eager to learn new domains quickly and use AI/LLMs for insights, ideation, and hierarchy.
  • Skilled storyteller with exceptional written and visual storytelling abilities that align teams and engage stakeholders.
  • Organized and operational, proficient at building processes that balance quality with pace in dynamic environment.
