
Acute Caseload Specialist

A Speech Pathologist role is available at a reputable healthcare provider.
Job DescriptionThis position involves assessing and managing an acute caseload as part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years' experience working in the acute setting, a willingness to participate in a 7-day model of care, and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
The successful applicant will be responsible for comprehensive assessment, management and discharge planning, with good working knowledge of community support services.
Required Skills and Qualifications- At least 4 years' experience working in the acute setting;
- Willingness to participate in a 7-day model of care;
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and in co-operation with others;
- Clinical skills in comprehensive assessment, management and discharge planning;
- Professional behaviour and conduct which reflects self-initiative, confidentiality, self-evaluation and commitment to professional development;
- Good working knowledge of community support services;
