Job Opportunity

We are seeking an Economic Dignity Specialist to join our team.

You will contribute to the design, implementation and evaluation of projects that strengthen families and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and evaluate the Economic Dignity strategy in Australia.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform program design and delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness and maximize impact.
  • Coordinate workstreams and deliver key Economic Dignity projects.
  • Support broader strategies and initiatives across the Communities Focus Area.

Required Skills and Qualifications

About You

You are motivated by purpose, addressing complex social issues and improving outcomes for families and children.

You will bring:

  • At least 3 years' experience in project development, delivery or analysis in the social impact or related field.
  • A proven ability to deliver outcomes and generate impact through evidence-based approaches.
  • A collaborative approach, with the ability to build trust and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, conveying compelling messages across a wide range of audiences.
  • Analytical capability to assess challenges, identify opportunities and recommend pathways supported by data and insights.
