Concessions Manager Role

As a Concessions Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the concession stores' financial targets and company key performance indicators. This role requires creating a warm and genuine customer service experience.

Our goal is to provide an exceptional in-store experience that drives sales, profit, and productivity by achieving all key performance indicators as set by the business.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive a customer-centric culture, ensuring a warm and meaningful in-store experience.
  • To drive sales, profit, and productivity by achieving all key performance indicators as set by the business.
  • Ensure the team understands all business objectives, focusing on commercial acumen.
  • Inspire and empower your team through collaborative leadership, training, and development.
  • Work collaboratively with other Concession, Floor Managers, and Cluster Managers.
Key Requirements:
  • A passion for the retail industry, exceptional service, and a strong sense of personal style and presentation.
  • Proven experience in managing a fast-paced retail, hospitality, or similar business.
  • Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters.
  • Experience managing the performance, productivity, training, and development of a large team.
  • Operational excellence, experience with stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
