This is a permanent full-time position in our People and Safety team, based at our administration office. Your Application Will Further Demonstrate The Following:
- Relevant qualifications combined with high-level knowledge and experience in human resources and/or a related field.
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop a team of high-performing individuals.
- High level of facilitation skills and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with managers and staff, utilising effective communication and influencing skills.
- Experience and passion for driving organisational culture, continuous improvement, and positive behavioural-based programs.
- Ability to lead the development of key HR strategies along with inclusion and diversity, rewards and recognition, employee experience initiatives across the council to support staff programs for belonging and wellbeing.
