Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes across diverse portfolios, partnering with hiring managers to understand role needs and build proactive sourcing strategies, and actively sourcing talent through job boards, social media, and direct outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage high-volume recruitment or multi-site portfolios.
  • Partner with stakeholders to deeply understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Actively source and attract top talent through various channels.
  • Coordinate and partner in interviews, compliance, and offer processes.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines and alumni networks.
  • Collaborate on employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice.
  • Support workforce planning and resourcing conversations.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes and tools.

Your Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS/CMS systems.
  • Bonus points for a diploma/qualification in HR, business, or related field.

Talent Acquisition Strategy

In this role, you will develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build proactive sourcing strategies. Your goal will be to create a pipeline of qualified candidates and reduce time-to-hire.
