Exceptional Food and Beverage Operations Manager Wanted

As a skilled Food and Beverage Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our food and beverage outlets and conference spaces. This role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience.

The successful candidate will have previous leadership experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality service. They will be confident communicators with excellent interpersonal and team support skills, and possess a positive, professional approach to their work.

In this role, you will work closely with our Kitchen and Front of House teams to ensure seamless service delivery. You will also be responsible for supporting our finance team with stock control and accurate billing for guests. A champion for team development, you will provide ongoing coaching and training to help your team members grow and succeed.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure daily food and beverage service runs smoothly across all outlets and events.
  • Support Supervisors with hands-on training for customer service, menu knowledge, dietary needs, and drinks.
  • Resolve guest issues promptly and effectively, while ensuring feedback is handled quickly.
  • Work closely with Finance to manage stock control and accurate billing.
  • Maintain high standards of grooming and hygiene among team members.
  • Collaborate with Kitchen and Front of House teams to keep service flowing.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and engagement.
Requirements:
  • Leadership experience in food and beverage, preferably in a large-scale operation.
  • Strong understanding of food and beverage service standards and guest expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hold a current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate.
