Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of motor claims, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolution. This includes third-party repairs/demands, customer service, and high call volumes.

  • Ensure a high standard of customer service with internal and external customers.
  • Build professional relationships with stakeholders.
  • Continuously communicate claim progress and developments to internal and external stakeholders.

Investigate and assess claims thoroughly, implementing appropriate strategies and pursuing opportunities to minimize leakage and increased costs.

Active communication and negotiation with insurers and parties to achieve the best possible outcome for all stakeholders involved.

Adhere to Allianz Claims Management Processes, GICOP, and industry standards to minimize leakage and increased cost of claim.

About You:

We are seeking individuals with a minimum of two years' insurance experience, sound knowledge of the Australian Road Rules, and experience in handling claims management processes and procedures.

Candidates should be able to work collaboratively in a team environment, prioritize effectively, organize tasks, and manage competing resources and demands.

Able to interpret and analyze complex information, extract meaningful insights, and evaluate options for decision making.

Attention to detail is essential, with the ability to quickly identify errors or inconsistencies within information.
