Vehicle Assessment Specialist
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough vehicle assessments to determine cost-effective and safe repairs using OEM repair methods. * Undertake vehicle assessments in line with underwriting terms & conditions & claims protocols. * Provide accurate assessment reports, negotiate correct scope & costs for vehicle repairs via Partner or Customer's own repairers.
Requirements
* Trade qualified in Panel Beating or Spray painting.
* Broad knowledge of Insurance policies, claims and assessing procedures. * Proficient in customer service delivery & negotiation skills. * Able to travel intra and interstate to assist our customers for major Catastrophe events when required.
