Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounting Professional to join our organisation. This key role is responsible for reviewing and finalising statutory accounts, communicating with clients, and updating client files.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Review and finalise statutory accounts for submission to relevant authorities
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding account-related matters
  • Update client files, checklists, records, and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Perform financial analyses, planning, and modelling to support business growth
Audit Roles:

The successful candidate will work as part of an audit team or take lead responsibility for managing the audit process. This will involve working closely with clients under manager supervision to ensure high-quality audits.

Assist in the planning, execution, and finalisation of all areas of the audit assignment for manager or partner review.

Identify risk matters and discuss their impact with audit managers and/or partners, exercising judgement within agreed parameters.

Produce work for review, clearly highlighting issues and suggesting potential solutions.

Develop strong relationships with senior client staff to gain a thorough understanding of their business and ensure efficient execution of the audit.

Monitor progress against pre-approved targets and take primary responsibility for ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.

Supervise, coach, and develop junior members of our audit team.
