Nexia Sydney seeks a Corporate Advisory Professional to lead our team.

About the role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a senior Corporate Finance expert to develop their career by working with our Corporate Advisory Partners. You will oversee the team, ensuring support and development for colleagues, and provide advice to Directors on corporate advisory transactions, including:

  • Business valuations
  • Independent expert reports
  • Purchase price allocations
  • Mergers and acquisitions
  • Initial public offerings
  • Financial due diligence
  • Accountant report investigations
  • Equity capital raisings
  • Private equity
  • Bank pre-lending
  • Financial modelling

About you
  • 6-8 years' experience in a Chartered firm, with at least 4 years in corporate advisory (due diligence, valuation, IERs, financial modelling, buy/side advisory)
  • Post-graduate qualification, e.g., CA program
  • Strong understanding of legislation, valuations, and accounting standards
  • Advanced research skills using S&P Capital IQ, IBISWorld, SAI Global
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Negotiation skills
