As a Corporate Advisory team member, you will be part of a high-performing group that advises boards, executives and shareholders on complex transactions.

The role offers professionals the opportunity to develop their careers in an esteemed advisory environment. As a professional in this field, you will take a client-facing role supporting the origination and execution of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity structuring, capital management, and risk advisory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop relationships with clients and contribute to transaction origination and execution.
  • Build sophisticated financial models incorporating funding, valuation, tax and accounting considerations.
  • Prepare board-quality presentations and reports; support due diligence, structuring, and negotiations.
  • Contribute ideas across the firm's advisory offering and collaborate with senior professionals.
Requirements
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline.
  • 2–6 years of experience in corporate advisory, capital markets, transaction services, financial modelling or M&A.
  • Experience in Big 4, boutique advisory, or investment bank environments is highly regarded.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, excellent communication, sound commercial judgment, and a proactive, collaborative approach.
