Aged Care Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Executive Director of Aged Care to lead our organisation's aged care services into the future.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic and experienced leader to drive transformational change across complex multidisciplinary teams, ensuring safe high-quality person-centred care for all older people.
The successful candidate will bring executive-level experience, a strong grasp of aged care legislation and quality standards, and the ability to drive organisational change service improvement and compliance reform.
You will have qualifications as a Registered Nurse with current registration with AHPRA, and proven experience managing resources effectively leading teams through complex change in alignment with Aged Care reforms.
Additionally you will have a strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards contemporary aged care service delivery models, and demonstrated skills in financial and operational management including budget development and reporting.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Strategic leadership of aged care services
- Ensuring safe high-quality person-centred care for all older people
- Driving organisational change service improvement and compliance reform
- Managing resources effectively leading teams through complex change
