Director of Financial Operations

This is a key leadership role that requires a seasoned professional with expertise in strategic financial planning, forecasting, and analysis. You will be responsible for leading the finance function, providing guidance on financial matters, and contributing to business growth and sustainability.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent analytical skills, and experience in managing high-performing teams. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders, investors, and regulatory bodies.
Responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing financial strategies to support business objectives
- Leading and mentoring finance teams to achieve business goals
- Providing financial insights and recommendations to the Executive Team and Board of Directors
- Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Ensuring transparent financial reporting and compliance with relevant regulations
- Managing cash flow and working capital to support business operations
- Optimizing financial management systems and controls
