Job Title: Financial Operations Director

This is a leadership position responsible for overseeing the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports in line with statutory requirements. The successful candidate will oversee the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring all reconciliations are completed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Manage the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports in line with statutory requirements.
  • Closing Processes: Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring all reconciliations are completed.
  • Internal Controls: Maintain and improve internal financial controls and processes.
  • Financial Insights: Provide financial insights and support to senior leadership for decision-making purposes.
  • Audit Support: Collaborate with external auditors to ensure successful audit outcomes.

Requirements:
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CPA or CA.
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and reporting requirements.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring a team in an accounting function.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
