About the Role

Monash Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist Grade 2 to join our Aged and Community Care team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively to provide evidence-informed assessment, intervention, and discharge planning to clients within the Aged and Community Care Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct client assessments and interventions independently, incorporating remedial, compensatory, educational, and preventative strategies to achieve optimal evidence-based consumer care.
  • Achieve operational effectiveness while maintaining client-centered, compassionate care.
  • Create strong partnerships within and outside Monash Health in collaboration with Senior Clinicians and Team Leaders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or relevant equivalent degree.
  • Current AHPRA registration.
  • Current Driver's License.
