Job Title: Strategic Financial Analyst

 

We are seeking an experienced and analytical financial professional to join our team as a Strategic Financial Analyst. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining our financial infrastructure and insights engine.

 

About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain robust financial models to support decision-making
  • Build and manage management reporting packages and board materials
  • Partner cross-functionally with other teams to forecast and track key performance metrics

 

Key Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or strategic finance roles. Strong modeling and forecasting skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills are essential. Additionally, experience querying databases (e.g. SQL, Snowflake) and building dashboards (e.g. Sigma, Looker, Tableau) is highly valued.

 

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A systems thinker able to zoom out strategically and zoom in tactically
  • Collaborative and low-ego individual excited to roll up their sleeves and work across functions

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to SaaS metrics and cohort analysis
  • Familiarity with accounting principles (revenue recognition, accruals, etc.)
  • Experience working with product-led growth or B2B SaaS businesses
