Job Description:

You will be responsible for providing early childhood intervention services to support children with developmental delays or disabilities, and their families. You will work collaboratively with the team to help families break down barriers and reveal their true abilities.

This role involves planning and coordinating supports with the child and family that reflect strengths-based and family-centered approaches. You will deliver supports to children and families that lead to positive outcomes, utilizing a transdisciplinary approach.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • AHPRA registration or SPA registration or current Teachers Registration with relevant State Education Authority or Bachelor's Degree in Social Work with full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers
  • Passion for providing deeper level of support to children and families
  • Great listening skills and positive approach to risk
  • Drive to delivering high-impact outcomes in children and families' lives
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a commercial environment
  • Commitment to developing yourself and others
  • Able to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children's Check
