Developmental Therapist

As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive developmental assessment, treatment and case management to infants, children, adolescents and young people with complex needs.
About the RoleThis role sits within our Developmental Assessment and Management Program (DAMP), which is part of our Neurodevelopmental Stream.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development of individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team.
- Provide case management and therapeutic support to families, carers and young people from a family inclusive approach.
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve positive outcomes for clients.
To succeed in this challenging and rewarding role, you will need:
- A tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology [Essential]
- Eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia [Essential]
- Clinical paediatric experience working with parents and young children presenting with social, emotional, learning and behavioural problems [Desirable]
