Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive membership and engagement strategy in partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Providing valuable market insights and trends to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Collaborating with marketing teams to prioritize drives, initiatives, and collateral that generate interest and demand.
  • Overseeing budget allocation to meet growth and retention targets.
  • Leading, developing, and coaching team members to enhance their capabilities and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A proven track record in senior leadership roles related to sales, marketing, membership, or engagement.
  • Significant corporate experience with big brands in B2C or B2B services.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a history of driving growth achievements.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (highly desirable).
  • Experience managing large teams.
  • Experience in omni-channel customer experience, NPS, and improving overall customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to build effective relationships and engage positively with stakeholders, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with online mediums, including web chat and social media, to build customer connections.
  • A positive, proactive, collaborative, curious, and hungry mindset to make an immediate impact.
