The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional administrative support to our clients and care managers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage purchase orders, contracts, and invoicing for service providers
- Deliver timely client administration support, scheduling, and record management services
- Assist care managers with tasks such as diary management, filing, and care consultation packs preparation
- Coordinate client consumables and monitor updates in care management systems
