Senior Client Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Rostering Officer to join our team.
This role involves coordinating client services, managing scheduling activities, and maintaining accurate database records.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the allocation of client services in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop and implement scheduling strategies that meet operational requirements.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date database records.
- Provide clear and concise information regarding services to clients and stakeholders.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support to clients and stakeholders.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a rostering or scheduling role.
- Relevant qualifications in Business or Aged Care would be an advantage.
- Experience in the aged care sector is desirable but not essential.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in computer systems and knowledge of office processes and data management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
